This blend is very close to Chai Walli's hearts. It is one of the first blends Uppma ever created when she began Chai Walli and she derived this blend from her grandfathers' signature Ayurvedic chai recipe. He was a doctor specialising in Indian natural medicine and remedial teas.

Their signature 11 Spice Caffeine Free Chai is a symphony of flavours. They chose 11 unique spices and herbs and blended them beautifully. A lot of science and study in Ayurveda (Indian natural medicine) goes into creating their blends, they don't just whack a bunch of spices together but we analyse their natural energies and properties and pair them accordingly. They also use the highest quality ingredients - which includes Ceylon (true) cinnamon and the most aromatic green cardamom. Chai Walli's signature spices are brought in whole and they grind them fresh in their Sydney warehouse. By grinding all the spices themselves, this ensures the freshest and most aromatic spice blends possible!

Directions for 2
Use a saucepan to warm 1.5 cups of water.

Add 2 heaped teaspoons of chai, stir and brew on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of milk, brew for 3 minutes, bringing to the boil.
Strain chai into glasses or cups and add jaggery to sweeten if desired.
