What are your delivery charges?

We understand that quick delivery times are important to you, especially with uncertainties during COVID. We are committed to getting your order out the door a fast as we can!

We provide carbon neutral deliveries across Australia. All orders valued $75 and under are charged $6.99 for standard shipping (2-8 days). Orders valued over $75 receive free standard shipping. We deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers at no extra cost. We do not, however, offer express post.

How do I track my delivery?

All deliveries from 23 October 2021 onwards will be delivered by Australia Post. You will receive email updates about the progress of your shipment. You can also check on the progress of your delivery with Australia Post directly (click image):

 

 

Where's my order?

We'll let you know by e-mail when your order has been processed by us and is ready for shipping. Once it's been dispatched you'll receive regular e-mail updates to let you know about the progress of your delivery. 

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

We'll send you an e-mail to let you know once your order has been processed by us and another one once it's on its way. Most orders are dispatched the same or next day. Owing to COVID outbreaks and unprecedented demands on couriers at this time, some deliveries may be subject to delays.

Can I return my purchase?

We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected or you may change your mind about a purchase. We will gladly accept certain items for return in such circumstances, at your expense, and within 14 days of delivery. Please read our Refund Policy to ensure that your item qualifies for return, exchange or refund. 

Sometimes, regretfully, items arrived damaged or are found to be faulty after they have been received. Again, we will gladly accept items for return in such circumstances within 14 days of delivery. Please read our Refund Policy to ensure that your item qualifies for return, exchange or refund.

How do I request a return, exchange or refund?

If you need to return an item for exchange or refund, please use our Self-service System to request return. Where a product is damaged or faulty, we will require photographs of the item, including of the packing it was shipped in (sorry, we are unable to process a damaged/faulty return request without these photographs).
