How long do deliveries take?

We understand that quick delivery times are important to you and are committed to getting your order out the door a fast as we can. We usually dispatch orders the same or next day (up to two days across weekends).

Standard deliveries normally take 2-8 days, depending on the location. However, we are experiencing the occasional delay due to heavy demand during COVID.

Express deliveries usually take 1-5 days - again depending on the delivery location.

What are your delivery charges?

Free Delivery

All orders valued over $75 receive free standard shipping. Orders over $150 receive free Express delivery.

Orders $75 and under

All orders valued $75 and under are charged $7.95 for standard delivery - everywhere in Australia except to Sydney. Deliveries to addresses within 60km of our Paddington shop are charged $5.95.

Express delivery is also available at a cost of $13.95 for all orders up to $150.

We deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers at no extra cost.

Where's my order?

We'll let you know by e-mail when your order has been processed by us and is ready for shipping. Once it's been dispatched you'll receive regular e-mail updates to let you know about the progress of your delivery. 

Can I return my purchase?

We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected or you may change your mind about a purchase. We will gladly accept certain items for return in such circumstances, at your expense, and within 60 days of delivery. Please read our Refund Policy to ensure that your item qualifies for return, exchange or refund. 

Sometimes, regretfully, items arrived damaged or are found to be faulty after they have been received. Again, we will gladly accept items for return in such circumstances within 60 days of delivery. Please read our Refund Policy to ensure that your item qualifies for return, exchange or refund.

Food orders

To protect your food order from Australia's harsh climate, we strongly recommend that you purchase a Food Heat Protection Kit at the checkout at any time of the year. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns of heat spoiled foods if a Food Heat Protection Pack has not been purchased.

How do I request a return, exchange or refund?

If you need to return an item or order, please Get in Touch with us. If an item has been damaged during shipping we will require photographs of the damaged items and its packaging.
