Can I track my order?
We will email you a link to Australia Post when we fulfil your order so that you can track your shipment directly.
Do you sell overseas?
Presently, we only sell in Australia.
Where do you ship to?
We ship our products anywhere in Australia with Australia Post for a single flat rate shipping charge.
What are your shipping rates?
For all orders, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard Delivery (2-8 days) or a flat rate of $14.95 for Express Post (2-5 days) regardless of where you live in Australia or the value of the order.
Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and may be longer during peak times. Your shipment will normally be fulfilled by us the same day it has been placed, when ordered Monday to Friday until 5:30 pm, or the next business day, when orders are placed on the weekend or after 5:30 pm.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, you can. We will accept returns of certain unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise for full refund, exchange or credit within 14 days of original purchase if you change your mind or if the product does not completely meet your expectations. Items will not be accepted for return after 14 days. Note, however, that we are unable to accept returns of food, earrings, underwear and yoga mats.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and will be refunded for the cost of goods minus the original shipping costs.
